Once a promotional campaign has started, it cannot be terminated early except under extreme circumstances. In such cases, you will be required to pay a fee of $50 plus 25% of the amount already paid out to promoters. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes "extreme circumstances."

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
